When I was 10 years old my family bought a modest cabin just outside Shenandoah National Park. We would visit most weekends. As a 10 year old boy there were endless adventures I could pursue on the mountains and streams surrounding the property. After a couple of years (maybe my Dad wanted more to do than just work on the property) we joined the Green Hills Golf & Swim Club and my dad started teaching me how to play golf.
